Case Study: Ocean Fish and Chip Restaurant

Designed by Nigel Phillips Design, six designs from the Palettone PUR range were selected to create the bespoke floor in the dining area of the Ocean Fish and Chip Restaurant, part of the new Flower Bowl development at Barton Grange.
Showcasing a maritime-inspired décor, Caramel Kick, Buttered Corn, and Hay Grain feature to create a sand effect and the blues of Weekend Sky, Superior Sky, and Sapphire Star were used in a waved pattern to create the Sea. To achieve this look Nigel worked with Polyflor’s in house design service to build the custom floor design. By using water jet technology, our Design Service can create logos, motifs, and intricate images with Polyflor’s high-performance flooring.

Interior Designer, Nigel Phillips commented, ‘For the Fish and Chip restaurant I chose to use the Polyflor Palettone range. Apart from having experienced the reliability and quality of Polyflor products on previous projects, Palettone has a wide range of colours which enabled me to create the sand and sea effect for the floor and was the perfect choice.’
